Product: Good and exactly as advertised. Five stars. Dispatch: Prompt, within a day or two. Five stars. Packaging: Insufficient. The item was a tiny solid aluminum computer case, so it withstood the mishandling of transport and arrived undamaged, even though its factory package was crushed. More and bigger protective packaging is needed. Two stars. Shipping: (Note: Ali Standard Shipping, a responsibility of Ali, not of the seller.) The packet went (a) by air freight to Belgium, then (b) by PostNL to Greece, then (c) by the Hellenic Post the last mile. Leg (a) was relatively fast. Leg (c) was a bit slow, but tolerable. Leg (b) was incredibly slow and took more than one month. Suggestion: do not choose Ali standard shipping to countries where PostNL is the intermediary (probably all of the EU).
