выходы usb похрустывают, может и норм. Скорее всего связано из-за специфического крепления к плате (если сравнить с той же raspberry pi). Думаю залить пластм. клеем под крепления usb для надежности. Если оставить raspberr через консоль (halt/poweroff) питание на hdd продолжает поступать после отключения raspberry pi, пока не придумал как это лечить. Если кто значет, отпишитесь плиз
