Попросил продавца чуть больше времени, для проверки процессора, но он его не продлил. Но процессор рабочий все как и описано. Все как и заказывал, процессор работает постоянно на 3,6 герца и не падает.

Проц рабочий, сильно не греется, Costa Rica, 3,6 по всем 8-ми ядрам, можно еще подкинуть 0,2 через setFSB. Продавец быстро отправил, но из-за огромного количества посылок, доставка была долговатой. Думаю на годик-два погонять в игрушки потянет.
