The fan works. It is very quite quiet. It is not very strong, but more than enough for PC case air circulation. Some other guy wrote, that stopping the motor by hand breaks it (I obviously didn't try it). Just be aware of that. I am putting it in a case just to make sure. BTW: The fan was extremely well protected in a hard box, plastic foil and plastic envelope.

Брал вертушку 80х80х10 24V 2pin XH2,54mm. Реальные размеры 80,15x80.15x10.5mm. Под наклейкой есть отверстие для смазки оси. Ось обильно смазана. Длина провода 25см. Упаковано супернадёжно. Нет защиты от переполюсовки. Ждал почти месяц.
